New PSV added to Remøy Shipping's fleet
Remøy Shipping is pleased to announce the entrance of the Plattform Supply Vessel "REM CRUSADER" (VS 485 CD, 2010) to the offshore market. The large and modern PSV was originally built at Hellesoy Verft in Norway. Remøy Shipping, along with a group of co-investors, took delivery of the vessel in Spain at the end of April. Thereafter the vessel has been successfully reconditioned and completed main Class Survey (DNV) at the Ulstein Yard in Norway. We are delighted to announce that the vessel is now ready to sail for Aberdeen, where it will engage in the offshore spot market. Remøy Shipping will handle both the commercial and technical management of the vessel. "This norwegian built large PSV is now reconditioned to original standard and will together with its experienced and competent crew be a valuable service provider in a strong North Sea Offshore market. We are looking forward to offer our clients first class services in a tight North Sea market”, says Karl-Johan Bakken, CEO of Remøy Shipping AS. Remøy Group AS is a fully integrated shipping company and has its main activity within the oil and gas industry since the beginning of the 1980s. The company is a long-term owner of OSVs. In addition to its own fleet, the company has a significant management business, through its subsidiary Remøy Shipping AS, and is currently providing commercial, technical and crewing services for vessels owned also by other shipowners.

NEW CHARTER WITH EQUINOR FOR REM MIST
Remøy Shipping has been awarded a new charter with Equinor for REM MIST (2011, PSV PX 105). The firm period is six months with options for further extensions. REM MIST has been on successive charters to Equinor since her delivery in 2011. The new charter will commence in direct continuation of the current contract on 6 May 2022.

Remøy Shipping has been awarded a five-year charter with Equinor for the vessel REM EIR (2014, PSV VS 4412 DF). REM EIR has been on successive term contracts with Equinor since delivery in 2014. The charter will commence in direct continuation of the current contract on 28 May 2022. The firm period is five years with additional three by one-year options.
